In the first release

The beta is built around the real loop: connect stores, pull recent orders, map SKUs or no-SKU lines, build a queue, watch printers, catch problems and keep orders moving. Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay and SeekMake are furthest along for orders. Bambu, PrusaLink, Klipper/Moonraker, Creality, OctoPrint and Elegoo are in the desktop printer area.

Printer monitoring and media

See status, progress, temperatures, current file, errors, model thumbnails and live camera views where the printer supports it.

Store connection

Connect supported stores and pull recent orders into the app. Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay and SeekMake are in the beta app today. Etsy remains in private beta / in review and is not available to connect yet.

Production queue

Turn mapped order items into an ordered list of what to print next, reorderable and prioritised by due date.

SKU / file mappings

Map a marketplace SKU or line item to the print file or profile you actually run, and reuse it next time.

Due-date warnings

Surface at-risk and overdue orders before a ship-by date slips, not after.

Alerts & notifications

Local Windows notifications when a printer goes offline, errors, finishes, or a print fails.

Failed-print tracking

Record failures with a reason, requeue in one step, and see failure rates over time.

Basic analytics

Orders per week, items printed, failure rate, and on-time percentage for your shop.

Planned for later

These are on the roadmap but not promised for the first public release. Background store sync and deeper provider features depend on each provider’s API and approval process.

A note on printer control

Printer features stay local to your network. Supported printers can show status, progress, temperatures, cameras and current job information. Lower-risk controls such as pause, resume and stop are limited to supported brands and require deliberate action. We do not promise remote off-network control, and higher-risk actions are deliberately out of scope. You remain responsible for your machines and prints.

Product questions

What problem does 3D Print Farm solve?

It reduces the gap between a paid marketplace order and the next print job. Orders, mapped SKUs, queue priorities, due dates and printer status sit in one production view.

Can it replace a printer dashboard?

It is broader than a printer dashboard. Printer status, cameras and current jobs are part of the product, but the main goal is to connect those machines to orders and queue decisions.

Can it import orders automatically?

Automatic background import is planned. The beta already has working store connection and order import flows for several providers, with provider-specific status shown on the integrations page.

Does it support no-SKU and custom line items?

Yes. The app can map both SKUs and individual no-SKU line items, which matters for custom Etsy-style or personalised 3D printed products.
