Terms of Use
Last updated 18 July 2026
These terms cover your use of 3D Print Farm. By using the app or this website you agree to them. They are written to be clear and fair. If anything is unclear, please ask.
The service
3D Print Farm is a production tool for small 3D print businesses, and is a 3D Print Land product provided by 3D Print Land Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 14790132). It helps you import and track orders, assign work to printers, monitor printers on your local network, and receive alerts. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Early access
3D Print Farm is in early access and under active development. Features may change, be added or be removed, and some features described on our website are planned or in development rather than available today. We may impose or change usage limits while we build the product.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
We work to keep the service running well, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that it will always be compatible with any particular printer, marketplace or operating system. We may suspend or withdraw parts of the service for maintenance or other operational reasons.
Your printers and production decisions
You are responsible for your printers, your materials and your production decisions. 3D Print Farm helps you monitor and organise work, but it does not supervise your machines and cannot guarantee the outcome of any print. You should follow your printer manufacturer’s safety guidance and not leave machines running unattended in unsafe conditions.
Printer monitoring and control
The product is monitoring-first for printers. Supported local printers may offer limited controls such as pause, resume or stop. These controls are optional, require deliberate action, and do not change your responsibility for the machine or print. We do not offer arbitrary G-code, file upload or unattended starts. Supported remote access is opt-in and limited to eligible plans and supported controls.
Connecting marketplace accounts
If you connect a store (such as TikTok Shop, Shopify or Wix), you must comply with that provider’s own terms, and you authorise us to access the order data needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to connect the account and for the accuracy of the data in it. You can disconnect an account at any time.
Subscriptions and payments
The Hobby and Pro plans are paid; new accounts start on the Free plan and there is no time-limited free trial. Payments are processed by Stripe and prices are shown in GBP. Paid plans are billed in advance for the plan period you choose (monthly or yearly). You can cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a plan is downgraded, your data is not deleted, though some features may become unavailable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone’s rights;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
- connect accounts or import data you are not entitled to use; or
- misuse the service in a way that could harm other users, our providers or us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, 3D Print Land Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, filament, prints, data or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the product develops; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
