Your printers stay on your network

The desktop app is designed to talk to your printers directly over your local network (LAN). Live printer telemetry is not designed to round-trip through our cloud. Printer access codes are designed to be kept on your device, in your operating system’s secure credential store, and are not uploaded to our servers.

Marketplace connections are handled server-side

Marketplace integrations are handled through our backend where OAuth is available. The sensitive parts of a connection are kept out of the desktop app:

• You connect your own account through the provider’s official OAuth consent screen.
• Marketplace client secrets stay on our backend only, never in the desktop app.
• The desktop app never asks you to paste API keys or client secrets.
• OAuth callbacks are received by our backend, which exchanges and stores tokens.
• Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest on the backend, not stored on your device.

Your data is scoped to your workspace

Accounts, orders, mappings, queues and settings are scoped to your workspace and enforced at the database level, so one customer’s data is isolated from another’s. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your order or design data to train models.

Monitoring first, control later and carefully

Printer communication is local to your network. Supported brands can show live status, current jobs, thumbnails and camera feeds. Lower-risk controls such as pause, resume and stop are limited to supported printers and require deliberate action. Higher-risk actions remain out of scope, and you remain responsible for your machines and prints.
