- Assign an order to a local printer
- Track each order from to-do through printing to completed
- Two-way status: marking an order complete on the store is reflected in the app
- Hide archived or cancelled store orders automatically
Plan availability
Manual and CSV orders are available on every plan, including Free. Connecting a store for automatic import is included from Hobby.
Limitations
- Automatic store import runs while the desktop app is open (Wix is the exception — it syncs by webhook)
- One active connected store on Hobby; up to five on Pro

Where do orders come from?
From connected stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Wix and more), from CSV exports of any store, or entered manually. They all land in the same production view.
Can I use order management on the Free plan?
Yes, with manual and CSV orders. Connecting a store for automatic import is included from Hobby.
