What you can do today

How it connects

Official eBay OAuth. You authorise your own account through the provider’s official sign-in screen. Client secrets stay on our backend, refresh tokens are encrypted at rest, and the desktop app never asks you to paste a marketplace secret.

How orders arrive

On-demand and periodic automatic order checks while the desktop app is running. You can also start a manual sync whenever you need one.

What’s imported

  • Order reference and order date
  • Line items with SKU, title and quantity
  • Buyer/recipient name
  • Personalisation where present

Setup

  1. Install the Windows app and sign in
  2. Open Integrations → Stores and choose eBay
  3. Authorise your account on eBay’s consent screen
  4. Sync recent orders, then assign them to printers

Plan and limitations

Store connections and automatic order import are included from Hobby (£5/month).

eBay FAQs

Are eBay orders imported automatically?

Yes. The app can check eBay periodically while it is running and imports eligible orders through the same idempotent path used by a manual sync.
